First, very friendly makes you feel like you have known her for a long time. Second, listens and immediately starts acting on needs. Very knowledgeable. Third, Quick to respond to questions either by phone, texting or email. Does not leave you waiting to see homes, she also brings them to you! Stays with you through out the whole process!! We have had others but, could not have been any happier to have had such a professional and caring person.
