I am a retired fitness education and health education teacher. I decided to satisfy a long-time goal of mine and become a Realtor. This continues my desire to serve others and I am so fortunate to have had amazing success throughout my career. I originally served as an Ohio & Indiana Realtor. I was a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Club 2015, 2016 & 2017; and a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Club 2015, 2016 & 2017.
My husband and I (and our two golden retrievers) became permanent Florida residents in 2018 but I continue to act as a referral agent in Ohio and Indiana.
I am excited to be actively practicing my love for Real Estate here in the Sunshine State. I was named our brokerage's Realtor of the Year in 2020 and had a very successful 2021. I absolutely enjoy assisting my clients in one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lives —that's buying and selling real estate. Julie has been in the real-estate business for more than 5 years and has sold over 150 homes. This was my first real-estate purchase and I was a bit nervous about finding the right place. First, very friendly makes you feel like you have known her for a long time. Second, listens and immediately starts acting on needs. Very knowledgeable. Third, Quick to respond to questions either by phone, texting or email. Does not leave you waiting to see homes, she also brings them to you! Stays with you through out the whole process!! We have had others but, could not have been any happier to have had such a professional and caring person. Bought a Single Family home in 2022 on Astoria Cir, Wesley Chapel, FL.
Julie is knowledgeable, proactive, resourceful, and committed to her clients. She handled the sale of my 91 year old mother’s home with skill and compassion. Choosing to have Julie represent us was a blessing and we highly recommend her services.
My wife and I decided, in 2017, to downsize from our large house ( 6500 sq.ft., 5.5 acres, in ground pool, etc.)
We interviewed several Real Estate Agents and chose to work with Julie Pieczonka.
Julie did an outstanding job and found a buyer family that was a perfect fit for the property that we had built and lived in for 23 years.
We had decided, after the sale of our property, to look for a suitable location to build a smaller house that we intend to spend the rest of our lives in. Julie found a nice lot in a beautiful community on a golf course on the western side of Cincinnati which was our preferred location. We subsequently purchased the lot, and in November of 2018 we moved into a new home that we are very happy with.

She presented us with three original options. We were a bit undecided as to a home or condo purchase. Knowing this was going to be our last home purchase; as older seasoned citizens; we took our time. Looking for several months weighing all our options; with Julie's helpful eye. We ended up purchasing one of the original homes she had suggested. Thinking back I wonder what took us so long. Julie knew right away the exact perfect fit for our future needs. Julie could not have done better! She was honest, high-energy and motivated to sell. I was 100% happy with her work! I had the home listed with another realtor and had no action at all. I took it off the market for a bit and then contacted Julie. She came in like a whirlwind, told me exactly what we needed to do and proceeded to work through the process of how to do it.
